Product labelling – because the safety information regarding the product is crucial we would recommend a UL certified application that includes a resin ribbon on the correct UL approved substrate.

Box labelling – is subject to the harshness of the environment where the box will be stored. We would recommend that either a wax for low durability or a wax resin for medium durability be used.

Pallet labelling - or shipping labels need a wax ribbon grade as long as the label is basic vellum, matt or semi-gloss. Any other grade is over specifying the job. If the printer is a near edge printer, (see printer cross reference list) then you will need to use a wax resin due to the technology involved.
